Strengths Based Case Management (SBCM) training is a day long workshop developed for case managers and advocates to learn how to utilize the Strengths Perspective in their daily work with clients, and how to assist participants as they work towards setting and reaching goals. The format for this training is normally a group training of 6 to 10 case workers in person. These trainings are usually held quarterly in Kansas City, but our trainer will travel to other cities at the specific request of agencies to perform SBCM trainings at their site.
